About the CPT

The Cornwall Poker Tour has been formed to give all poker players in Cornwall the chance to not only play in professionally run poker tournaments but also the chance to pit themselves against their fellow players over the course of the year in the tour rankings to see who will eventually be crowned the player of the year.

All our events are held at private members clubs and are run by Premier Poker Nights who are a company that specialise in running legal poker tournaments.

Our aim is to create a community for all poker players to feel part of and we are planning to give all Cornish poker players the chance to not only compete in regular tournaments but also to have big buy in events with multiple qualification routes as well as offering our players the chance to represent the CPT in major national and eventually international tournaments by hosting satellites to these bigger events.

We currently offer 3 land based tournaments a week at two venues offering 3 different tournaments a week so that our players have a choice as to were they would like to play and which type of tournament they would like to play in.

We are also running a weekly online tournament so that again the players can compete against fellow Cornish poker players from the comfort of their own home, as well as providing a ranking system so that everyone can compete in the race to see who becomes crowned our online champion.
